The Trinidad and Tobago Blind Welfare Association (TTBWA) is a non-profit organization is a non-profit organization
dedicated to improving the lives of people who are blind and vision impaired. The Association
has been in existence since 1914 and was incorporated by an Act of Parliament in 1947 (Act 14
of 1947. From the inception, this organization has been providing welfare/rehabilitation services
for our clientele and is constantly seeking opportunities to improve their lives.
